Today, we have some exciting news to share with you. Effective August 1, 2023, Kuul Evaporative Technologies, previously a division of Portacool, LLC, has formally transitioned to operate under our sister company, the Condair Group.

Condair is a company known for 75 years of commitment to excellence and innovation. This strategic realignment enables both brands to further leverage their complementary capabilities, opening more opportunities for expansion and market leadership under the same ownership and direction of Silvan Meier. Together, both brands will be even stronger.

Kuul is dedicated to restoring and enhancing our manufacturing capabilities in Center, Texas to continue creating the quality products that Kuul is known for.
